地點好 酒店后面很多吃的 酒店20樓有露天游泳池和酒吧可以看到挺漂亮夜景 消費中等不高 下次會再過來 性價比高

究竟什么情況，有圖，有真相，給了300塊錢按金，退了250塊錢。而且是6月12 退房，由于我5點退房，沒有服務員，直到25號才退了按金，退了250給我，那50塊錢去哪里啦？
微信沒回復我，希望酒店工作人員看到后退錢給我。我轉換插頭也還了，還沒拍照給他看了。

I had a very bad experience at this hotel. My first room had a broken toilet seat, a strong foul smell coming from the toilet, visible mold and grime around the showerhead and ceiling, and an air conditioner that took over 6 hours just to slightly cool the room. I have a sensitive body, and after staying here I started feeling a burning throat, which I believe was the early signs of a bacterial infection caused by the poor air quality and mold.
I asked for a room change, but the second room still had a bad toilet smell, some mold in the shower, cockroaches and bugs, and no room cleaning during my stay. The conditions were clearly not up to basic hygiene standards.
On the positive side, the location is convenient and the rooftop pool has a great view. The security staff were also kind and helpful. But there are many other, much better hotel options in KL with rooftop infinity pools and definitely consider those instead. I would not stay here again.

Receptionists are very considerate. I totally forgot the details of the booking. They responded very gracefully. I managed to stayed overnight. The room was quite complete. The view is mindful. Overall i’m satistfied.

Wifi not working and said will send technician to fix but when we came back, still not working. Asked them about it and said that will contact the technician. The whole stay no technician came. The front desk guy was very rude and not helpful, always playing games on the phone even when talking to us. Even told us to go ahead to complain and he doesn’t care about it.
Toilet has cockroaches smell. Towels requested for change and didn’t come to change.
Toilet has no hangers for hanging clothes and towel and cannot hang inside due to it will get wet inside. Very poor design.

Прекрасный вид из окна, в номере всё есть для комфортного проживания. Рядом метро и до основных достопримечательностей недалеко. В первый раз попалось 2 таракашки, но это проблема дома видимо и в целом региона. Бассейн классный, вид отличный. Огромный минус, это клопы в холле! Прошу руководство обратить на это внимание, они сидят на стульях, диванах. Очень неприятно. Не знаю, это проблема отеля или специфические посетители привезли их с собой. В общем, путешественникам рекомендую не сидеть в холле, а сразу уходить из отеля
