The deposit is really expensive, since nowadays it is cashless I didn't bring cash a lot and force me to ask .y from a friend. 4 stars hotel also didn't ask for the deposit too much.
When we go up to the room, we have to wait outside the room for the housekeeper for 15 minutes to clean the room and when we check-in the room floor is still wet and I take a towel to wipe the room . Please check the staff either the room is ready to check-in or not

Horrible place smells like mold and the sink is clogged. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone it’s not the same as the pictures

Beautiful hotel, spacious and clean room, a pool with a dream view, all at a very affordable price. I loved it!

the room is very smelly and old, bed is dusty, caused allergy can itchy. sound proofing is very bad, i can clearly heard motocycle even i stay at 6th floor. not recommended

The check-in process was smooth; the host met me on time to hand over the keys and collect the deposit, which was returned promptly the next morning without any issues.
The apartment itself is excellent—very modern, stylish, and kept very clean. However, the location is not good. It’s quite out of the way, making it difficult to get around or find nearby amenities.
Verdict: A great stay if you just want a nice room, but be prepared for the inconvenient location.

Really enjoy the stay eventhough it just a really short one. The room is really spacious & clean. The location is great, you can enjoy the view of klcc & trx from your room.

The service is very bad !
1. Infestation: We discovered multiple cockroaches (more than 10) throughout the unit, which poses a health risk.
2. Broken Amenity: The air conditioning is not functioning, making the unit uninhabitable in the current weather.
3. Additional Faults: The hair dryer provided is also faulty and does not turn on.
Since the property does not meet basic cleanliness and listing standards, we have checked out today, 4.30A.M,(1/1/2026) as we are uncomfortable to sleep in this unit with cockroach popping up every 10 minutes.

The room quite nice and clean. The hotel also near to food stall and also lalaport mall which is around 5 mins with cars.
The staff name Nur also very friendly and help me a lots. She also very kind??
